His education and professional experience make him uniquely qualified to ensure sure the properties purchased by his clients make sense on not only on an emotional level but on a financial one as well. Nishimura is founder of the Greater Phoenix Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Agent Association (AREAA) a non-profit, professional trade organization dedicated to promoting homeownership in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities. He currently serves on the AREAA National Board as the 2018 and 2019 Commercial Chair and is the 2018 Treasurer for AREAA Global.
