6710 N 78th Ter

Welcome to a home that does more than just check boxes — it raises the bar. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Omaha, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem offers the perfect blend of charm and practicality. Whether you're chasing your first rental home... or just looking to level up your living situation, 6710 N 78th Ter invites you to step into a space that feels like yours from day one.

Let’s start with the big wins: a double basement garage (no more scraping snow off your windshield in January), central A/C to keep you cool during those hot Nebraska summers, and enough room to stretch out or entertain — whichever suits your mood. With 982 square feet of living space, you'll find the layout intuitive and cozy without feeling cramped.

Need a finished basement? Done. Hosting Sunday brunch with friends? The open living area has you covered. Prefer your own corner to unwind with a good book? There's a spot for that, too. The home's thoughtful flow makes it easy to picture everyday life unfolding effortlessly — laundry days, movie nights, or the occasional dance party in your socks.

Extras worth noting: washer and dryer included, carpeted bedrooms and basement, a patio at the back by the kitchen for relaxing or grilling out, and a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge in the kitchen.

Built in 2000, the home strikes the right balance between modern convenience and sturdy craftsmanship. And that quiet street? Perfect for peaceful evenings, morning jogs, or neighborhood strolls with a coffee in hand.

Important Requirements (a.k.a. the fine print — but friendlier):

1. First month’s rent and full deposit(s) are required prior to move-in. No partial payments, no exceptions.

2. If you're reading this, yes — the property is still available.

3. We look for gross income to be at least 3x the monthly rent, unless you're receiving housing assistance (e.g., if rent is $1,800, gross income should be $5,400/month).

4. Background check is required. Application fee is $30 per adult (18+) who will be living in the home.

Our ideal renter? Someone with:

No felonies

No evictions in the last 7 years

Credit score of 600 or higher

And just so you know: We own every property we advertise.

Why We Do Not Accept OHA Vouchers
We do not work with the Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) due to their repeated incompetence, constant delays, and complete lack of accountability. Their inability to function efficiently creates unnecessary financial burdens, endless bureaucratic hurdles, and a never-ending cycle of excuses. Their mismanagement actively prevents landlords from participating in their program, making it impossible to operate responsibly.

When applying for this property, you will need to copy the Property ID # of 10 08 22 98 37 in order to apply as this is the first question asked on the application. First months rent and deposit(s) as outlined below are needed prior to move in. We are unable to accept partial deposits or payments when it comes what's needed prior to moving in. If this listing is active, the property is still available. We look for gross income to be at least 3x what the monthly rent is unless your receiving housing assistance (i.e. if monthly rent is $1k we look for gross income of $3k a month). We do conduct a background check, application fee is $30 per person for each person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the property. We are looking for no felonies, no prior evictions in the past 7 years, and a credit score above 600. We own all the properties we advertise.
