It currently houses three D2 dental students, one dental student's wife, and one undergraduate student (4 males,... 1 female). The undergraduate student is moving out on May 30th, and the master bedroom will be available then. The house is newly renovated and is the perfect blend of old world charm and new world convenience. It is located in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. Each bedroom offers complete privacy, and the shared living room and kitchen have plenty of space for all roommates to store their food and cook at their own convenience.

Monthly rent includes all utilities with no extra charges, furnished living room and bathrooms, brand new kitchen appliances, kitchen cooking and eating essentials, washer and dryer, carpeted bedrooms with closets and window treatments, and free street parking that is always available.
