Our ground floor condo is bright and airy with an open-concept layout filled with natural light. Whether you're relaxing after a long day or working remotely from the dedicated workstation, the space offers the perfect blend of comfort and functionality.

The living room features new, stylish furniture and a 55" TV with Roku, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Remote workers can set up at the desk in the living room—or work at the high-top counter in the kitchen! The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new subway tile backsplash, and all the kitchen supplies and tools needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. A full-sized pantry also offers ample storage.

The cozy bedroom has a top-rated queen mattress and blackout curtains to create the perfect sleep environment ensuring a restful night. There is a large closet and dresser providing plenty of storage space for all your clothing and gear.

The bathroom boasts stylish updates including a new light fixture, mirror, and modern vanity, making it a breeze to get ready and tackle your day. Starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels are provided, as well as supplies like a vacuum, ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, and various other cleaning supplies are included for your monthly+ stay. All utilities are included, including WiFi, and there is a shared, free-to-use laundry room in the building.

Outside you have access to the community amenities, including a shared rooftop patio where you can relax and take in Denver's views, and a courtyard space. One reserved off-street parking space included, located just steps from the front gate. Any additional parking is free street parking.

Your new extended stay is in Denver's prime, centrally-located & historic neighborhood called Congress Park. It has a very neighborhood-y feel, is full of young professionals, and provides quick access to everything you need and want, including some of Denver's best parks, restaurants, coffee shops and bars! The coolest thing about Congress Park is that you won't find major chain stores, everything feels so unique and historic!
