Great energy
I had a tour last week with the leasing manager S and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I appreciated it after touring so many places. I actually felt welcome unlike a few other places I went to.

I wanted to give 0 stars but no option available
I wanted to give 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The staff behavior was extremely disappointing and came across as very rude, especially the lady at the front desk. They made it seem like they didn’t care about residents or their concerns. My friends and I genuinely regret choosing this place, and we definitely won’t be renewing our lease. My suggestion to the management would be to treat residents with more care and professionalism so people feel valued and want to continue staying here.
