Appletree Apartments are just great. Quiet place, amazing views from your balcony and excellent management. I want to thank Lily specially, she was amazing and walk me through the whole process with great patience and kindness.

Used to be affordable and fairly nice. Pricing has gone up $300 to match newer updated apts. No fitness center as listed, smoking in hallways, weed, vandalism, no secured entry, laundry room one washer/dryer per building, it’s dirty and unkept.

Don't bother!
Lived here about half a year. DO NOT RENT HERE. Really pathetic how the front desk treats you once you start living here. They'll do or say anything to get you to sign, and even then honestly it was pretty incompetent. Dog barking constantly, front desk thinks it's "cute", smell of weed in the air. Sat around while no one was there in the office at 2pm, one person in the back answering phone calls but completely ignoring me. I realize she was maybe on lunch, I just needed to know... how long the wait would be or if I should come back later.

Maintenance always has an excuse to come by, at LEAST monthly. Rudest staff ever experienced, rent raised twice in my year there, a horrible mouse infestation that they put 2 glue traps in to solve, and walls are paper-thin. Imagine everything bad an apartment could have, and this is pretty much it.

Quite surprise to see many here feel the same way as I do, I wish I did read the reviews before I moved to Appletree! The reviews are so true, I too feel the maintenance staffs come in too often to change the air filter and to “CHECK” the condition of the apartment. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have much privacy here, they have my key and can come in whenever they want(Couple of times they almost walked in on me when I was taking a bath!)You would think the buildings must be in excellent shape... if they CHECK them so often? Quite the contrary, everything is in such poor condition and the management simply doesn’t care. Eventually things start to fall apart turning into property hazards, then they have no choice but to fix the issue. Don’t get your hopes up the management will take care the mess right away, you need to have so much patience and tolerance to live in community like this. And on top of the lousy job they do, they raise the rent every year even during pandemic when some people are struggling paying their rent. There are many other problems about this place but I wouldn’t want to bore you with all the details. Just think again if you would consider moving here. I’ll be on my way when my lease is up, so save yourself when you can.
