We will look at all aspects of an application when making a decision.How much does it cost to apply?We do not charge application "fees" but we do require you pay $25 for a credit/background screening in Tenant Cloud via Transunion.Do you charge admin fees?No, we do not charge the typical admin fees of other property management companies.
