This house is a 4 bed, 2 bath in a quiet neighborhood near Aksarben/Elmwood. We (3 female juniors) are looking for a 4th female roommate, the earliest move-in date being July 1, 2025. The available bedroom for the 4th roommate is furnished with a... twin-size storage bed (enough drawer space as a dresser, standard twin mattress). The rest of the house is already furnished, including a study desk for each tenant in the basement. We have modern heating and A/C, full updated kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, driveway parking, front and pack patios, and a full backyard. The house has a security system with Ring cameras and motion lights at each entrance, but we have had zero safety issues since moving here last May. Some our of our favorite locational amenities are that there is a Starbucks and a park within walking distance and the interstate is easily accessible. The drive to campus is 10-15 minutes depending on traffic/time of day.
