The facility is ok, great location. But it seems things keep breaking or need repaired. Very strict rules and wish the parking spot is not assigned. We should be able to park wherever, since we paid parking. Need to be FCFS. Communications need improved as well.

The Carmin is great! I love the facilities, maintenance is quick, and the rooms are beautiful. I also love how there are so many different fitness options.

I love living at the carmin, I moved here two years ago after staying on the dorms freshman year and have stayed ever since. The amenities are great with the rooftop pool and study rooms on every floor
