It has great amenities at a pretty cheap cost compared to other places I toured; I would definitely recommend taking full advantage of the sky deck and the pool! The staff here are all very friendly and get things done almost instantly. It's been a wonderful place for me to live while in college, and if I stay in Omaha after graduation, I will absolutely continue to live here!

Excellent property with amazing facilities
I love living in the Wire apartments for several reasons, first being they are very spacious with new design and decor that gives a really nice and rich look. I have also consistently experienced best residential support services since the day I moved in. Great friendly management staff… amazing location in downtown.. wonderful community and very comfortable place to live!! They have amazing lounge rooms, skydeck and rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommend!!

Best views in the city!
Life couldn't be better at The Wire! My husband and I have lived in two apartments in this building and both have been wonderful places to call home. Living on the 12th floor especially is a treat with the amazing windows and city views they offer. Having a rooftop pool and in-house gym at our disposal are great perks in addition to being so close to the Old Market and Blackstone. I would highly recommend this building to individuals looking to take in all that Omaha has to offer!

Amenities!
Beautiful pool and views! Amazing amenities! Outdoor area by the pool on the rooftop deck is spectacular! Many shared areas that make it so spacious. They also have specialty complimentary coffee bar.
