Home is truly calling

Life at The Wire since I moved in two months ago has been absolutely wonderful. Coming from out of state, I was not able to tour the building beforehand; however, the wealth of information on the property’s website, the proficient and personable application process (long-distance, but short in duration) and my own research gave me the confidence to sign for the apartment sight unseen.
The few matters that were noted upon move-in were addressed immediately – as in same day – or shortly... thereafter. Hilary, the property manager, is a fiend (of the best kind!) for seeing to it that tenants are made welcome and comfortable in their new abodes. An issue is not merely patched over; she and the maintenance team come up with alternatives as well as other solutions for the future. I have never before felt so valued as a tenant.
The property itself is attractive and clean, the amenities plentiful and thoughtful. I look forward to making The Wire my home for a very long time.

Great for college students and young adults!

I currently attend Creighton, so the Wire is perfectly located for me to walk to class. It has great amenities at a pretty cheap cost compared to other places I toured; I would definitely recommend taking full advantage of the sky deck and the pool! The staff here are all very friendly and get things done almost instantly. It's been a wonderful place for me to live while in college, and if I stay in Omaha after graduation, I will absolutely continue to live here!

Excellent property with amazing facilities

I love living in the Wire apartments for several reasons, first being they are very spacious with new design and decor that gives a really nice and rich look. I have also consistently experienced best residential support services since the day I moved in. Great friendly management staff… amazing location in downtown.. wonderful community and very comfortable place to live!! They have amazing lounge rooms, skydeck and rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommend!!

Best views in the city!

Life couldn't be better at The Wire! My husband and I have lived in two apartments in this building and both have been wonderful places to call home. Living on the 12th floor especially is a treat with the amazing windows and city views they offer. Having a rooftop pool and in-house gym at our disposal are great perks in addition to being so close to the Old Market and Blackstone. I would highly recommend this building to individuals looking to take in all that Omaha has to offer!
