I came to this apartment looking for a furnished room while I did my law degree. What i did not know at time is that they, like many others, did not offer a furnished apartment. Yet, the property manager said that within a couple of weeks they would be able to provide me a room furnished down to even the coffee pot! I was completely shocked. I've stayed in apartments before but I've never been welcomed so warmly like this one. It was a nice surprise after coming from out of state. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Its a tad noisy outside and its been kind of a struggle to get my dog used to the city life but Mrs.Soloman's help has totally made the move easier.

LOVE my apartment!
My first apartment and I feel at home here. Christy and Emily were so nice and really made me feel welcome, they answered all my questions right away and checked on me the week after I moved in. I love the park area across the street where I walk my dog. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice courtyard with a grill and nice outdoor seating where I hang out with my dog and my neighbor. LOVE IT HERE!

Nice Location, Bad Management
Would not recommend living here if you have another option due to management. They are unresponsive and unwilling to any issues that come up. There is no one at the building so you need to call for assistance. Most of the time the person will take a message, but no one will get back to you. I have also had the water shut off without notice.

Best apartments in Omaha
have been at Turner Park for about a year now and love it! The community and residents are absolutely phenomenal. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and considerate of your personal schedule. The location and the price can't be beat and to top it off they are SUPER dog friendly. If you are a young proffessional or independent college student this is the perfect place in Omaha!
