Villagio at Tempe

I am currently a student in the ABSN program. I had the pleasure of living at this property for the past year and loved how affordable and safe it was! Please note this property is about a 20-30 minute drive from campus, but much cheaper than any... rental unit in the midtown/downtown area. It's a three-story condo in a gated community with two pools. It's right across the street from the Cubs' Spring Training Facility and Mesa Riverview Park. It's also just down the road from two major shopping centers (Mesa Riverview, Tempe Marketplace). Two ASU students will be leasing the upstairs bedrooms in July, so the available rooms are the second-floor bedroom and first first-floor master bedroom. Females only, please! Each room has a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The landlord is very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. He covers the water bill; the rest of the utilities (wifi, gas, electric) are split between the four roommates. Please contact me if you're interested at all or have any questions, and I will connect you with the landlord!
