Living here has been such a positive experience. The community has a calm, comfortable feel that’s hard to find, and it’s nice coming home to a place that feels both relaxed and well cared for.

One of the things I appreciate most is how easy everything is — whether it’s running errands, grabbing a bite to eat, or getting to nearby schools, it’s all close without the area ever feeling busy or overwhelming. It strikes a great balance between convenience and quiet.

I’ve also really enjoyed having... the pool just a short walk away. It’s a great spot to unwind and recharge, especially during the summer.

at overall it’s a quite place but if you have a maintenance issue expect it to be taken care off weeks later and if your a non smoker ask if people smoke in building before you sign the lease because the office won’t do anything if your apartment starts to smell like cigarettes. Besides putt these little air freshener s in the hallway that aren’t effective.

i have lived here for several years...i will say that i have not had many issues and have felt safe...one of the few problems, is they change management staff ALOT!! i have been here 10yrs and have gone thru at least 5-6 managers. buildings and apartments are a little dated and they are not very good at keeping the no dog policy...there are many dogs and i have a hard time believing that many people have service animals, especially when they are not wearing the service animal gear.

the only... other complaint is the staff does not alway communicate well, our pool was down for several weeks and did not open until the 4th of july, but nothing was said why it sat full and ready to go for at least 2 weeks.

I moved here about a year ago. The manager has always been helpful with any questions and making sure I know of any packages that have arrived. There is a lot of parking and I have never had any issues with finding a spot near the door. I understand they have a new manager since just before I moved in. So I have never experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. In a nice area and there are a lot of things to do right around here.

I’ve lived here for 10 years, and have never really had a problem. Maintenance is prompt, the office staff are nice, and the pool is well maintained. I have never had neighbor problems, and everyone is pretty friendly!
