I recently attended the Revival Wellness event hosted by X Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The event was thoughtfully organized, bringing together a diverse group of wellness practitioners and enthusiasts. The atmosphere at X Phoenix was vibrant and welcoming, making it easy to connect with like-minded individuals.
The range of workshops and activities offered catered to every aspect of health and wellness, from yoga and meditation to nutrition and... holistic healing. I especially enjoyed pool time and a yoga session which left me feeling centered and relaxed. The speakers were knowledgeable and passionate, providing valuable insights and practical tips to enhance our wellness journeys.
I left the event feeling inspired and motivated to implement what I learned into my daily life. The sense of community was palpable, and it truly felt like a revival of spirit and energy. I can’t wait to attend Revival Wellness again in the future at X Phoenix—it’s an event that everyone should experience! Highly recommended!

They ask you to write good reviews. Don’t fall for it… horrible experience with my breaker going out and ruining all my food in the fridge. Piping hot showers and when you put in a maintenance request it gets closed out and not even fixed. The only reason it EVER got fixed is because I posted a bad good for review and mentioned it

I’ve been living at X Phoenix since June 2023, and now that I’m moving out this weekend, I just gotta say—it’s been a wild and amazing ride.
This place is way more than just an apartment. The events here are next level. Bingo nights, game nights, fashion shows, paint & sips, speed dating, comedy shows—you name it, they’ve probably done it. There’s always something going on, and it really makes it easy to meet people and feel part of a community.
And the pool parties? Massive. Lit. Just the... kind of energy you want during those hot Phoenix days (and nights). Some of the best memories I’ve made here came from those weekends by the pool.
X Phoenix honestly feels like its own little social universe. It’s modern, fun, and full of good vibes. Gonna miss it for sure. If you’re thinking about living here—do it. You won’t be bored, that’s for sure.

Renter's beware. I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes to move out of this apartment. Pool, club and amenities are nice, but it does not make up for the lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disorganization from the leasing office and the overall staff at X Phoenix. The staff in the leasing office misinterpret fair housing regulations in order to force tenants into apartments without choosing their roommates. I ran into an issue with my apartment and was forced to stay... somewhere else for several weeks in the interim until a single apartment was ready. Additionally the leasing office staff was rude, refused to work with me and made my move out to Phoenix hell. I do not recommend moving to this complex. I would suggest looking at other apartments in downtown Phoenix before considering here.

Construction feel like it’s 24/7. They start construction sometimes at 1am - 12 pm during week days. The noise is so loud it’s impossible to sleep. The building is poorly managed. New units often have mold and they occasionally open random units to make people do their laundry in. The staff is extremely rude and tends to close off space to allow only select residents in. The Super Bowl weekend was a disaster and the staff closed the pool to host their own private party.
