The amenities alone are state of the art. All apartments are modern. Front desk and maintenance is extremely helpful. And 24/7 security is the icing on the cake. Shout out to Bernal and Elite Group Security Services.

X Phoenix truly stands out for its excellent environment and professionalism. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Elite Group Security provides outstanding service reliable, attentive, and always present, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell there is strong leadership behind the scenes. Highly recommend this place.

Moved in about 9 months ago, and love it here. The location is absolutely great, and I haven't experienced any problems with maintenance or services not working. My only criticism is how the showers are formatted. There is only one glass panel instead of a full glass sliding door covering half of the shower, meaning that water gets absolutely everywhere. This problem is not exclusive to my unit either; I have seen multiple different units with different floor plans, and every single bathroom shower is built like this. It is quite annoying, but besides that, I love the X.
