I've been at Aksarben Village for almost two years and absolutely love it here. The staff is always available, super attentive, and really easy to get ahold of. Maintenance requests are dealt with within 24 hours and an emergency line is available for after hours problems. It's also super quite. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't think I had any neighbors.
My apartment has a private garage and is definitely one of the top amenities here. Other than that, I really enjoy the pools (both of... them!) and use the on-site gym often.
The location is great as well - right in the middle of everything. Easy access to the interstate, downtown and out west. You're also within walking distance of the farmer's market, summer concerts, and restaurants. Tons to do!
Only downside so far: I get a lot of community/apartment memos stuck in my front door. A super minor thing in the grand scheme of things and something I'm more than willing to deal with to live in such a great place!
