A beautiful place to live!
All the staff are wonderful & Maintenance staff always there when needed. It's a safe and secure place to live! I've been living here for 4 years now and it's been the best place to live in South Omaha.

Ok for the right person

Great if you have a dog. The breeze way entrances are great if you are a dog person. The upkeep of the apartments is midgrade at best. However, the staff is very responsive and very helpful.

Good quality & affordable

My husband and I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. Mostly young couples and families. Significantly more affordable than many other apartments with the same amenities. Convenient location. Very responsive staff. Neighbors can be a little loud and are allowed to smoke outside, so this may be an issue depending on your preferences and the specific unit you live in, but other than that, I don’t have a lot of complaints!
