Management can’t correct

Been to management 4 times(In person), to notify clubhouse management about the people above me, and their extra curricular behavior at 7am. Management said they would evict if it continued after the 3rd notice, after the 4th notice the problem is still an in going issue. Management needs to follow through. Empty promises.

My wife and I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for almost 2 years now and we do not have any complaints. The property management team has been extraordinary since the moment we came to them. Also, the maintenance team does a fantastic job of fixing any problem in a prompt and efficient manner.

This apartment complex is great, and the value is the best in Omaha. Not only do you get access to 4 different swimming pools (one being indoors), but 2 gyms, a workspace, and so much more.

If you want everything at your fingertips, Broadmoor Hills is the place to be! Beautiful apartments, a large selection of layouts, and amenities galore! At Broadmoor, you get 2 pools (a third on the way!), 1 hot tub, an indoor basketball court, fitness center, theater room, business office and more! A bar is underway as well. Right on the edge of Omaha, so you have access to everything, but don't have to deal with living right in the middle of the city.

Living at my place is literately like living at a resort, the other residents are SO nice and inviting we truly love EVERY minute of it! I laugh with my husband all the time about how we don't even want to go to work....we'd LOVE to just relax in out home atmosphere alllllllll day!!:)

Broadmoor Hills has it all, from two swimming pools, a hot tub, a top of the line gym with a full indoor basketball court, even a movie theater! Moreover, the service from the staff brings peace of mind to residents, as they go above and beyond to make Broadmoor Hills home. The community is located near a wonderful outdoor shopping center with many great restaurants. Though it is further from the heart of the city than most communities, the commute is easy thanks to Dodge Street. Typically,... I can make it to Midtown in 10 minutes. I can also assure you that there is minimal traffic noise from Dodge Street. You will love becoming a part of this extraordinary community, I guarantee it!
