House close to campus

Our house is 3 stories, with the available bedroom(s) for rent in the attic/loft on the top floor, and also a smaller room that likely would not be used on the second floor. We have a basement area with washer/dryer. The front of our house has an... enclosed porch area, and there are locks on both the outer door and the front door as well. We have a side door with a code. Additionally, us with our previous roommates purchased a Ring camera for the front of our house. Our house has a separate garage up a driveway to the side, but the garage door doesn't close. We have a shared kitchen, dining room, living room space all on the ground floor along with one of the two full baths. The basement has the half bath. The second floor has three full bedrooms and one slightly smaller bedroom with the other full bath.
