Great Customer Service + Consumer Support
Adaptive environment full of supportive staff, who go above and beyond their limits to ensure tenants are taken care of. 100% safe and secure to ensure that all of the staff, tenants and guests are safe. Commendable job within the given area and place for all of the staff. Kind regards to all of staff and the community. Great place to live though, working on infrastructure at the current moment; all parties are welcomed and encouraged to apply for flat rentals or go for a tour. Neighborhood surrounds Charles Schwab Arena, the Cambria, not far from the Hilton Omaha and Marriott, and downtown’s old market. If you like walking, driving or booking private cars for your departure then this is the home and place for you!

don't live here
Everything about this place sucks. The management, the company itself, the parking, the homeless shelter, the homeless people in the building, the cars getting broken into, literally EVERYTHING! I've only lived here a year and they went through 4 property managers, my car got broken into INSIDE the gated parking lot. Our locked up bike got stolen that was chained to the bike rack inside the garage within 2 weeks on moving in. This place absolutely blows
