Poor upkeep, dated, and bugs

The apartment we lived in was in dire need of updates. The kitchen is very worn and dated. The kitchen and bathroom both contain cabinets that are literally falling apart. The carpet is very old, smelly, and stained. We had issues with bugs as well! I do not recommend this apartment complex. There are numerous apartment options in the area that are priced lower with better quality, maintenance, and managers.

My fiance and I lived here for 4 years and we had nothing but a great experience. They constantly updated the property and would offer us an update to our apartment every year we renewed. The last year we simply had to turn down an upgrade because there was nothing more they could have done to make it any more up to date, so we just took a free clubhouse rental! Don't take my word for it, look up other reviews and prices. Go in for a tour and you'll see for yourself, this is a place you want to... call home for as long as you're renting in Omaha.
