I lived here with my dad for a couple years and had consistent plumbing issues with the bathroom in the unit above us leaking down onto us around once a month also had problems with the facility washer leaking under our carpet and causing mold issues every time we called maintenance, they would say they get back to us, but they never did fix the hole in our ceiling in the bathroom They would just come in and do a bunch of random things for a few hours and then leave we went without a dishwasher... for a year straight because they simply never got to fix it on top of all that my dad‘s car got broken into at least four times a year when we live there and when he contacted the apartment about it, they were not helpful at all. My daughter's car was stolen from this complex so we got her a garage @ $60 a month. Her garage was broken into as the garage is cheaply made and they broke through the back wall. Management did nothing!!!!! They do not care. Worst management company ever! Think twice before living here. My niece lives in the same complex her car was stolen as well and then they tried to steal it again during the day! I have lived at these apartments for three years now and I will say that this area is nice because it is close to a lot but I would advise looking into a different complex when looking .he maintenance is great they are always around fixing things and cleaning things up but they are also always around fixing things and in the way and making tons of noise and taking up parking spots. The office workers are never available and never really help out in any ways they never answer the phones and... deflect a lot of problems that come up back onto yourself.
