This place is a joke. There is NONSTOP construction and CONSTANT noise from the very busy roads adjacent to property. It is a pain to get in and out of. Not enough parking. Units are poorly constructed, cheapest appliances ever, cabinet space is a joke. Rude management. Overpriced.

Comfortable and peaceful are the two words that best describe my experience at Shadow Lake Square. Insulation is fantastic - the only time I'm able to clearly hear anyone else inside the building is when they're right outside the front door. The grounds are kept in superb condition. Snow is completely cleared from the streets, sidewalks, and parking areas by mid-morning. Maintenance staff are attentive, efficient, and good at what they do (props to Andrew!). All facilities and utilities are kept... in working order - haven't had any outages to report. Also, the leasing process couldn't possibly be made any easier; getting an apartment here was a breeze. I highly recommend checking out their YouTube channel. All of the floor plans are featured in videos. They definitely help paint a better picture than a 2-D floor plan. Every member of the staff has been wonderful; I couldn't ask for a better apartment living experience.

These apartments are amazing. They are high quality and very reasonably priced compared to other apartment complexes of equal quality in the area. Maintenance and office staff are incredibly prompt, helpful, and friendly. These apartments are so quiet that we sometimes feel like we don't even have neighbors. The location is absolutely perfect; located right behind Shadow Lake Shopping Center, it is so close to lots of great shopping and dining. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I... know! We cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I will be very sad to leave these apartments.

Shadow Lake Square Apartments are incredible. They are quiet and completely upgraded with black appliances and granite counter tops. Great views of the lake make for wonderful evenings on the balcony. Common spaces include multiple gathering rooms with kitchen space, a spacious gym, and sparkling pool. They are in a great location near shopping centers, minutes from downtown Papillikn, and close to Air Force Base.
