Great place to live!

I moved into Swivel a little over a month ago, and I love it! It is quite, the staff is so helpful and gets back to you in a timely matter. Also, I love the amenities (my favorite is the sky lounge). I am in a smaller one-bed and could not be happier with my choice. You also just cannot beat the location. If you are looking for a great place to live, look no further!

Amazing Experience

Currently a resident here at Swivel, the place is very secure and quiet, good Neighbours, easy access to Bus Stops as they are really close to apartment, nearby grocery stores. Community also hosts monthly events which helps connect with people, which is really an amazing experience. Amazing staff and they are super responsive and easy to reach out. Timely maintenances are performed. I really like living here at Swivel.

Amazing and Well Secure Living at Swivel

I'm currently living here from almost a year, and it has been a fabulous experience at Swivel. It has Great Staff, which is very responsive and helpful, the Place is Clean, has very good GYM, Lounge area where you can relax, big garage and Organized Fun events and most important the place is secure. Is close to Target, so easy to get groceries. Has close bus stops for Commute. Bunch of restaurants nearby. Overall an amazing place to live.

Excellent place to live

I’ve been living at SWIVEL Apartments in Omaha since August 2024 and couldn’t be more satisfied. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly management and great amenities. It’s also in a perfect location with easy access to UNO and UNMC, making it ideal for students or professionals. Highly recommend SWIVEL for comfortable, convenient living!
