Just moved out after 4 years and really enjoyed living here. Staff at the office is great and always friendly. Any issues with the apartment were almost always handled the same day. Units are a little bit dated, but for the price, it is fair.

I lived at Thomasville for six years and it was a great place to call home! Loved all the amenities like full size gym, theatre, and a pool that has bar service. Most importantly, the office staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help you with whatever you need. My maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and the grounds were always well kept. Could not recommend enough. Thanks for everything, Thomasville!

The recently renovated units will look nice but don't let it fool you. The building is still extremely old and you will notice. The walls are paper thin and the attics creak so loud that they wake you up in the middle of the night. We submitted multiple maintenance requests to have someone look in the attic. We waited over three months for someone to come look. After they did, they told us "there is nothing we can do, the buildings are old."

You will not find a better apartment community in Omaha to call home in. The units are updated, modern and spacious, the property includes every amenity you could possible need and want year round. To top it off the staff is the absolute best, professional, prompt with service / maintenance request, courteous, personable, friendly and welcoming. I'm currently in my fourth year of tenancy and happily staying put.
