I've been living at Harrsion Hills for 4 years now. I am very well established in the community here and I can tell you that you won't find a better Location, better Office and Maintenance Staff around. Hands down.

I come from the angle of writing something that I would want to hear if I were considering where to live....so here goes:

1. LOCATION - Interstate Access is key. Super close access and can be Downtown in 15 minutes. Access to Millard, Papillion, Gretna, Ralston, Omaha all in... striking distance. Also quick access to Papio Bike Trail as well!

2. BUILD - Buidings were built solid during a good era of high quality building & materials. So hearing sounds from other apartments are far less than some of the new flash-in-the-pan apartment builds.

3. STAFF - Consistent staff with no turnover. They love their jobs and we love them! Shout out to Lesley (Manager), Jodi, Emily, Delaney, Russ, and Landon!

4. AMENITIES - One of best apartment pool environments around in summer! (two pools) The Fitness Center, Community Office, and Entertainment Rooms are incredible to have access to.

5. COMMUNITY - This is why I stay and will stay as long as I am able. I lived in a house. It was lonely compared to walking outside and knowing that this community exists for you. And the fun activities the Staff comes up with (Pool Party, Valentine's Get-Together, Easter Egg Hunt, etc.) make you feel valued and appreciated!

Harrison Hills has amazing office and maintenance staff that are always willing to help and get work done fast! I have loved living here for the past two years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Management/Maintenance is super helpful and really go out of there way to make you feel at home and answer any questions. The apartments are very amazing/clean and really good deal for the price. Maintenance are always helpful and fix things in a timely manner Thank you for being our home for 6 years.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Harrison Hills. Jodi from day one as well as the rest of the staff, has made me feel like family. Apartments are very nice and affordable. When incidents occur, they are on top of them quickly to get them resolved. It is pet friendly, but with all of the stations to clean up after your pets you would never know dogs have been in the grassy areas. It is a very quiet neighborhood for being in the city. They also have a security service that patrols the area,... to help keep you safe. The only reason I had to leave was due to work taking me to another state. The staff at Harrison Hills are amazing!! They are happy to answer any questions you may have and are willing to assist in making your time spent at Harrison Hills better. I’m grateful that Jodi has stayed part of the staff because her kindness and positivity are next to none! Maintenance requests are completed by very knowledgeable individuals. The apartments are modern and upkept extremely well. I would recommend Harrison Hills to anyone looking for an apartment in the La Vista/Omaha area.
