As first-time parents, finding a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live was incredibly important to us and we couldn't be happier with our apartment, Orpherum Tower! From day one, this community has exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment itself is spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully designed perfect for both our baby and our pet. It's clear that the building has undergone thoughtful renovations, and the upgrades really show in the quality of the space. Everything feels fresh, modern, and well cared for. One thing we truly appreciate is how child and pet friendly the environment is. It’s given us peace of mind knowing our little one and our furry friend can thrive here. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the park, great restaurants, and other everyday conveniences. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference. Any time we’ve needed something, the response has been prompt and efficient. The neighbors are also nice and friendly. A huge bonus is our property manager Mr. Graham, he is kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this apartment. It’s made the transition into parenthood that much smoother, and we honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommended!

Resident since 2020. Graham leasing officer and Chris maintenance supervisor, keep this place running in tip top shape. I love the high ceilings, natural light, laundry on each floor, quiet community and spacious floor plans. Also as a retired active older adult, I feel safe and secure. Very important features for me. Kudos Graham and Chris.

Orpheum Tower is seriously one of the best apartment buildings I've had the pleasure of living in! My partner and I have lived here for four years, and things have only gotten better. Our property manager, is super friendly and the maintenance team is always on top of things -- requests are always resolved in the most efficient manner and if they aren't able to fix it same-day, they make sure to communicate all updates with us. Communication is always prompt and thorough for everything! And between the updates to the lobby, the laundry room, and elevators, you can really tell that a lot of care is coming from management! Five stars!!

I’ve been living at Orpheum Tower Apartments for the past 2 years, and I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience from day one. The building itself is beautiful and always kept very clean, which I really appreciate. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently every single time, which makes life here stress-free. The management is outstanding, and Graham, the property manager, deserves special recognition. He is professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, he has been responsive and made sure it was taken care of right away. That kind of attentiveness is rare to find in apartment management, and it really makes Orpheum Tower stand out. The location is another huge plus. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has a great vibe. It’s so convenient to everything I need, and at the same time, it feels welcoming and community-oriented. Whether it’s taking a walk, grabbing food nearby, or just enjoying the atmosphere, it’s honestly one of the best places I’ve lived. After 2 years, I can confidently say this is not just an apartment building, it feels like home. The combination of professional management, a clean and well-maintained property, and such a nice neighborhood makes Orpheum Tower a true 5-star place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone considering moving here—you won’t be disappointed!
