We moved in right after they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences in this community. Management is great, apartments are new, and maintenance is quick and efficient.
Amenities are second to none. Location in the city is great and close to Blackstone and Dundee! Highly recommend!

Modern, nice apartments with great access to Dundee and Blackstone districts. Great place if you have a dog because you will have lots of company for them in the dog run on site, but unfortunately no dog wash area that most other upscale apartment complexes in Omaha have. Would be nice if they installed one. Initially had some issues with a broken A/C unit but it was quickly fixed. Overall we like living here.

The staff is fantastic and it is really a great place to live. They hold events all the time that allow you to meet other residents, which is perfect for people new to Omaha! The workout area, pool, and dog park really make this place feel special. One thing that I really think would make The Duke even better is a dog washing station so that my furry friend could get cleaned up outside! 10/10 recommend!

I love living at The Duke! The apartment has granite, stainless steel appliances, and wood floors. My studio is super spacious with a large walk in closet and full sized laundry. It's in the perfect location for me. Close to work, close to the store, and Dodge street gets me everywhere so fast. I love that within walking distance I have a movie theatre, bars, a german pub, and restaurants. Although the amenities aren't done, I can see they're going to be great; it's hard to find a hot tub around... here! The free moving truck was a huge hit for my move. It's under construction but as it progresses North, I don't really hear much of it.
